Yes, the customer service is Amazing! Feels great! Worth the money! This thing is so soft! Like smooth silky skin! And squishy! It also has a good weight to it. Easy to clean. I threw it in the sink and ran warm water/mild soap through the hole. Used my finger to help wash out the hole and make sure all lube is gone. Towel dry, packed it up in the original back and put it away for next time. All in all, this thing is great though. No complaints!
